Communication between vendors and the con was spotty at best. Its a pay to apply show and they're in no hurry to refund you once you're rejected. You get move in information about 10 days before the con.
The layout at the con is awful. Artist Alley is thrown to the back of the venue. Traffic is often at a standstill because so many people are in line to meet comic book artists who were also shoved to the back of the hall. The exhibitors hall is hot because it's packed with so many people after VIP hours.
It's definitely not worth the $370+ they charge. We are locals and didn't have to pay for a hotel or airfare and we still had trouble making back table cost alone.
